I am surprised how great this service has turned out to be, I actually don't regret adding it to my Live account one bit, I have actually saved money using the service LOL. I don't have to buy all the seasons of the office and a bunch of other shows because I have them all in my Q.

if they had put a HDD in every unit then they would not have a unit at 199 right now, and they would not have had a cheaper unit at launch.
That may have killed their chances of beating PS3 this gen, or even hanging with Ps3.

I'm sorry but not only is this news worthy, it is also amazing. How on earth can H3 be outselling Resistance and it just came out in November!!!? That is insane, Halo is a god amongst video games seriously, that is incredible.
they're both pretty good, 360 is a little easier to use in a media center, but otherwise they are both pretty capable. Anyone who says otherwise is just being a fanboy.

I just got a 360 not long ago, so there are a LOT of great games I have yet to play on the console, I don't really feel any jealousy or envy of those who get to play Killzone2 on PS3. I just have too much to keep me occupied.
And I used to be a huge PS3 fan, so I dont think too many 360 fans care one way or the other, not like they got nothing to do on their console.

Looks like you have read too many Sony PR releases, its plenty of evidence out there that says PS3 is not more powerful, do some research.
PS3 cant even run unreal 3. PS3 is optimized for Bluray and folding@home, not games.

360 users do NOT want to pay 200 bucks for a bluray add on. Why when stand alone bluray players are going for 200 bucks now.
The only other way MS could offer bluray would be to replace the dvd drive with a bluray drive on all new models, that too would be moronic since anyone with an older 360 would not be able to play new games made on bluray. No one wants that.

They need to keep doing what they been doing. Who would have thought the Xbox would be where it is today, back when it first launched. Most folks said it would flop as soon as the PS3 launched.
MS has managed to get the 360 into 2nd place and it is now the lead platform for like 90% of 3rd party games.

The reason it was rejected is because patents already exist like this.
MS just tried to reword it in a way that would allow them to benefit and claim the patent was theirs.

You guys just dont get it. Guys like Gabe don't dislike PS3 because they think its too weak, Gabe never said PS3 could not make a Killzone 2. The problem with PS3 is that you can't make money on it if you just want to make a fun simple game that prioritizes gameplay over flare.
